Troubles& Solutions
Laser tube Insufficient carving depth:
If at the beginning the carving is not deep, please check the following problems in order:
- Check if the bearing of the CO2 laser tube is appropriate;
- Check if the light intensity is set too low;
- Check if the light path has shifted;
- Check if the focal distance is correct;
- Check if there are any scratches and dirt on the surface of the lens;
- Check if the flow rate and pressure of the cooling water are correct.
After working for a while, cutting depth is not deep enough anymore:
- Check if the bearing of the CO2 laser tube is appropriate;
- Check if the water temperature(15-25℃) is normal;
- Check if the lens gets hot when it is being used;
- Check if the flow rate and pressure of the cooling water are correct;
- Check if the cooling water is clean;
High voltage ignition and discharge:
- Check for dirt or dampness around the high-pressure head of the laser tube;
- Check if the high-pressure end or joint is too close to the metal part of the machine;
- Check if the laser power supply high-voltage connection device is detached from the support;
- Check if the high-voltage connection device is broken or damaged;
- Check if the low water temperature leads to water condensation in the tube’s walls and sleeves;

The laser tube is broken:
- Low water temperature leads to water frozen inside the glass laser tube;
- The water circulation in the laser stopped, causing the machine’s water protection function to fail.
- Water pressure is too low;
- Check if the direction of the water flow complies with low input and high output. The water-cooled tube of the laser tube may not be filled with water causing partial heating of the CO2 laser tube.
- Electrical arcing near the tube shell burned and cracked it.
High voltage discharge and breakdown:
- The laser power supply does not work with different specifications (such as using a high-power supply for low-power laser tubes). Exceeding the specified voltage that the laser tube can withstand leads to damage to the laser tube.;
- The water cooling condition is not good. The cooling water does not fill the whole pipe and air bubbles appear. At the places where there is no water cooling, the temperature is too high, causing glass material to change and damaging the glass of the laser tubes;
- The glass material has tiny bubbles or uneven thickness due to the influence of temperature, raw material, technology and other factors during the production of glass material. Damage to the weak areas under high voltage can cause discharge;
Quality Guarantee
We provide a 12-month warranty for our laser tubes.
For international customers, due to logistics constraints:
Step 1: You must provide clear video evidence demonstrating the product issue.
Step 2: Submit photos of the warranty label for verification.
Outcome: Replacement tubes (if approved) will be shipped with your next order. If a customer is not placing an immediate order but has a container shipment departing from China, we may arrange to send the replacement product to a designated domestic address in China for consolidation with their shipment.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Damage occurring beyond the warranty period .
Power degradation or tube rupture caused by poor water cooling performance (insufficient flow rate, high water temperature, or air bubbles in the tube).
Power loss due to contamination of the output mirror’s external surface.
Physical damage caused by external force or human error.
